How long do the exams take?

The amount of time required will vary by exam and individual but typically ranges from 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete.

What score do I need to pass?

All exams require 70% or better to pass. Upon completeing a exam you will be informed of which answers you missed. You will then have the option of re-taking the exam as many times as neccessary.

Do exams have a time limit?

No, CEFA exams do not have a time limit.

Do I have to register?

No, at CEFA you do not have to register for courses or exams. You may take our courses and exams when it is convenient to you.

When do I pay?

CEFA does not require any form of payment before taking the exam. Upon successfully passing you will be able to purchase your certification.

How long will it take to get my certification?

You will receive your certification within 1-3 business days from the date of puchase.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Payment can be made via VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, PayPal, and Amazon Payments.

How will I receive my certification?

Your certification will be emailed to you directly in PDF format within 1-3 business days.

What qualifications do I need to get certified?

You must be 18 years of age or older to become certified.

How long is my certification good for?

CEFA offers 2 year certifications that become valid the date you receive them. Your certification will be emailed to you in PDF format within 1-3 business days for convenient printing.

Unfortunately, CEFA does not offer refunds on certifications. If there is an error in the spelling of the name on your certification we will fix the certification and email you a new one with the correct spelling within 1-3 business days.
